It's a merry night of "merroir'!

Maine in winter is a hidden secret! Our warm, cozy seaside lodge will have you falling in love with a snowy coastline. You'll try an array of Maine oysters from three different bodies of water, with unique pairings and accoutrements. We’ll discuss how both the oysters are grown, the influences on their flavor, Maine's ecology and lifestyle practices, and stories from coast.

The night gets even more delicious with a lobster dinner! Our seafood expert, Captain Joe, will show you how to prepare a steamer pot full of lobsters & potatoes, served with freshly chopped salad, and followed by warm seasonal dessert. Get hands-on with the cooking, or just kick back and enjoy the views.

PRICING: Our pricing is tiered with discounts by group size. Taxes and gratuity are not included in the base price. Given the nature of our event-based format, we require a 10% booking deposit. If you decide to pay in full, taxes and gratuity will be added to the total cost.
